REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return Contact us at support@cleanovahq.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions on where to send your package.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
